The Asmara Agency is hiring for a contractor assistant position. We are looking for a unique, rockstar individual for this role so please read on for details. I, Danait, started TAA in July 2017 doing branding and web design for creative entrepreneurs as a solopreneur. In that time I’ve been blessed to work with some really incredible clients, doubled our revenue year over year, been recognized in my industry (both locally and nationally) and been awarded for the work that I do. I approach my work in a unique way by combining creativity, data, and neuroscience to help our clients build brands that matter. Building brands that matter starts by going deep from the inside out and that is what we love doing. I’ve partnered with other contractors for support in different aspects of the business, but I am now looking for more stable members of my team who can become integral to the work that I do!
I’m looking for somewhat of a unicorn for this role. I need someone who will essentially be my right-hand girl/guy. My hope is that within the next quarter or so this person will move completely into an operations manager/OBM role. For the time being though, this person will execute on tasks while also helping to improve the systems already in place and give suggestions on how we can do things better. I am not looking for an OBM or someone certified in this position because I need this person to actually help with doing tasks. This is for a VA who has the skills to become an OBM, but may not quite be ready for that role yet. This will be the perfect opportunity for you to grow into that role. This role requires 5-10 hours a week commitment, but I am expecting that to rapidly increase. This role will also require a weekly paid 30-minute team meeting. I would prefer this person to be in North America mainly because I have worked with VA’s in different parts of the world and the time difference is not ideal for a service-based business like mine where I may need to be able to communicate with you during business hours.
